  1. Dealing with self-important, pompous customers brings up memories of failed therapies-past. That Squidman line a verbatim quote from a customer wanting to know why our published crossword puzzle answers were incorrect, and how it could be that his first correspondence went unanswered. "*I* am puzzled..." So full of himself, right in the face of the obviousness of a world in which nobody gives a shit.

    The Soap Strip panel from Fawlty Towers, and a nod to every time that I speak to a doctor and get that look back that tells me that I haven't understood at all the principles of biology that I have been espousing. Pedestrian vs. professional.

    The final panel noting that time, decades ago, a psychologist stated, upon seeing my doodle of SP Guy with his question mark ear, that our job - his and my own as his patient - was to kill him. I was never on his side again after that moment, and his attempts at therapizing me failed miserably. Needless to say, that was my fault.
