Self-torturing obsessiveness over my perceived slights (an indelible censorious hand-in-face) growing (fed by the overall pandemic anxiety) into a trip-wire 'fuck this,' here expressed by Billy Connolly during an appearance on Craig Ferguson. Ferguson was always best when interviewing a fellow Scot.

    Pharm life examining the idea of neural networks, as I am assured that these habits of thought can be changed - the trip-wire can be relaxed - but, as is evidenced, the process somewhat challenging. I am skeptical.

    So, in the end, Eno's advice (oblique strategy) seems particularly apt ... if not completely unhelpful.
